Cancellations, Rescheduling and No-Shows
Time is valuable to all of us. Artline Salon’s services are reservation-based and we ask that you do your best to ensure your reserved visits are kept.
As a courtesy to other salon guests and our team members, please give us a 24 hour notice when rescheduling/canceling an already reserved visit. guests who do not honour their visit may be charged a 25%-50% fee. The fee will be applied to the following visit/service.
This allows us to maintain a higher lever of service and accommodate any guests on Artline Salon’s “waiting list”.
